We partner with you directly as your buyer agent throughout the entire process and depending on your post club acquisition operating preference, we can stay on as your club operators or consultants for as long as you would like or hand over the reins to you completely, and you can just reach out to us if you ever need anything.
We introduce you to other interested buyers in the CFG network who are personality fits and share your club ownership value criteria. We are your buyer agent throughout the entire buying process and depending on your post club acquisition operating preference, we can stay on and be your club co-operators and/or advisors for as long as you would like or hand over the reins to you completely, and you can just reach out to us if you ever need anything.
You will receive non-dilutable equity ownership shares for a specific club or in a multi-club ownership portfolio commensurate with your investment amount. Once you reach out letting us know that you would like to be in one of our fractional owner groups, we begin sharing deal alerts with you for club(s) investment opportunities – you choose to either participate in the proposed club in the deal alert or wait for the next one. Then Cyan Football Group acquires the club as a US LLC with you as a registered co-owner for the newly acquired club relative to your ownership stake %. Cyan Football Group will be the operators and majority shareholder of these clubs so we are vested in our collective clubs’ success and continually pursue divisional promotion to increase the valuation of your shares. Before Scott & Jorge became managing directors of the Cyan Football Group, they were teammates and good friends in college. They approach every project as if they had a personal ownership stake in the club. They are obsessive football operators and strategists.. and they thrive off of collaborating with passionate club owners and executives.

Scott is a football business strategist, transformation operator and growth expert. Before Scott transitioned to the Football industry, he was a Manhattan based senior corporate executive, He has built and transformed large $200M+ revenue organizations at Fortune 500 companies such as Oracle, Walmart and Publicis (Epsilon). As Vice President of Barcelona City FC, he oversees the club’s front office and at Aimsport International Management, Scott serves as a FIFA Player’s agent focused on representing and developing national team and 1st division talent, pathing players into fulfilling, successful playing careers. Scott is well networked across the global football community and obsessively loves the game. Scott played football at the University of San Francisco and attained his MBA from Fordham University in New York City. Scott holds a US Soccer Federation C Coaching license and FIFA Agent license. He resides in Connecticut with his wife and twin boys.

With nearly two decades of experience in professional football management and player representation, Jorge has built a strong reputation as a senior-level consultant and operator within the industry. After earning degrees in Psychology and Journalism from the University of San Francisco, he began his career managing retail operations for Mango before transitioning into sports management with IMG in 2004. At IMG Jorge played a key role in securing high-profile deals and assisting world class professional football players. He later founded Aimsport International Management, where he has successfully negotiated transfers and contracts for elite players across top European and international clubs, leveraging his extensive global network to facilitate impactful deals in the professional football landscape.
Senior Advisor, Player Analytics & Recruitment Modeling
Toni Mickiewicz is a Senior Advisor specializing in club modernization, recruitment, and data-driven workflows. With over a decade of experience as a Sporting Director, Board Member, Coach, Manager, and Scout, he has contributed to the success of numerous professional clubs.
He has helped clubs like Sandvikens IF, Östersunds FK, and Oxford United secure promotions and supported elite teams such as Aberdeen, RC Lens, Udinese, and Cádiz CF through strategic recruitment. He has also aided Jamaica and New Zealand’s national teams in World Cup qualification efforts.
Toni has worked with top managers, including Sven-Göran Eriksson and Graham Potter, gaining insights into elite football operations. As a development coach in Stockholm, he nurtured players who later excelled in top leagues.
He co-founded three big-data football analysis firms in Sweden, Germany, and Spain, training elite scouts and managing scouting operations across Europe, Japan, and the UK. He has also led scouting instruction worldwide, including in India, the U.S., and Egypt.
Beyond football, Toni holds two Master’s degrees and has worked in public-sector research and post-conflict reconstruction. He co-founded Open Knowledge Sweden and has provided in-depth research for major football broadcasters since 2016. Fluent in multiple languages, he brings a vast international network and expertise in optimizing club operations and recruitment.
