Our International Player Pathways program is designed for ambitious talented players who are ready to take their game to the next level — and into the professional ranks. Unlike traditional academies or third-party programs, our pathways are directly integrated into the Cyan Football Group’s owned and operated clubs across Europe and South America. Each of these clubs maintains a professional reserve team structure with 20 exclusive roster spots available for top international talent looking to earn a place within our club’s first, reserve and U19 squads.

  • High-intensity team training sessions (Monday to Friday)

• Direct Professional Pathways: Players train under the watchful eye of our club directors and coaches, with a clear line to first-team consideration as well as professional or semi-professional trials with other clubs the host country and in other countries across Europe and South America.
